Online Private Coding Lessons (Coding Labs):
Private lessons provide flexibility for each student to explore programming at a personalized pace suitable to him/her. Online sessions are available year-round and enrollment is open at any time. Students are encouraged to explore technologies that interest them and work at a pace that is best-suited to their learning style. Sessions meet weekly for an hour each week. Students work on individual projects with assistance from an instructor. It may be possible to arrange sessions other than the days/times listed below. For the summer semester 2024 coding sessions, you can bring a sibling/friend to any private session at no extra charge (the material should be the same as the registered student).

- Scratch Programming: For beginners, we recommend using Scratch, a visual block-based language developed to teach young people the fundamentals of computer programming such as loops, conditions and variables. Cost: $99 for every 4 sessions.
- Grades K-5th: Some of the platforms/technologies 3rd-5th grade students may work on include video game design, Python programming, web development, 2D/3D animation and more. Students in K-2nd grade will work with programs such as Scratch Jr, Logo and Kodu to learn the fundamentals of programming and video game design. Cost: $119 for every 4 sessions.
- Grades 6th-12th: Some of the platforms/technologies that students may work on include video game development with Unity, Python, web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), app development, 3D design and animation, and more. Cost: $159 for every 4 sessions.
